Quick privacy note on Deepseek: if you use their website or app, your conversations and data go to Deepseek, the company, in China.
Deepseek, however, has released their model so that anyone can host it, so I suspect we’ll see a host of more (slightly) privacy oriented apps and services pop up soon.
